Billy Delano

What’s your background?

Billy Delano has been fully licensed in the financial industry since 2005. He graduated from San Diego State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance. Billy began his career as a financial advisor for Waddell & Reed in 2005, receiving awards for his success during his time with that company. After a number of years in an Advisory role, Billy decided that he preferred the “operational” side of the industry. As a result, since 2012 he has spent his time handling the more technical portions of the process, including portfolio design, rebalancing, tax management, investment analysis and numerous other technical processes.

What’s something about you that few people might know?

Few people may know that Billy enjoys hiking in his free time.

If you were to look back from the age of 80 and give yourself advice for right now, what would it be?

Billy would tell himself to practice things in moderation.

What are the values that drive you?

The values that drive billy are modesty and humility.

What do you believe as it relates to your position and the work you do?

Billy believes that the work he does allows him to show integrity and kindness to others in everything he does.
