Leslie Hodgson

What’s your background?

Born and raised in La Jolla, Leslie attended the University of Colorado Boulder. She has been married to her husband, Granger, for over 30 years and has two grown children, Tanner and Erica. Leslie and Granger live in the Carmel Valley community of San Diego.

Leslie has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has built her career around making things easier for advisors, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and delivering exceptional service.

What’s something about you that few people might know?

Earlier in her career, Leslie taught disabled skiers at a small resort outside of Boulder called Eldora. She has always been passionate about helping others and has volunteered with organizations including Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, Canyon Crest Academy Foundation, and the National Charity League.

What are the values that drive you?

Leslie is driven by integrity, service, and accountability. She values honesty, reliability, and follow-through, and believes that trust is built through consistent, thoughtful work.

What do you believe as it relates to your position and the work you do?

Leslie believes her role is to provide reliable, thoughtful support that allows others to focus on what matters most. She approaches her work with attention to detail, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility, understanding that consistency and trust are essential to long-term success.
