Michelle Aarnes grew up in Southern California, and she has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her current role, having integrity and respect is crucial, as she has access to highly sensitive and private information related to clients’ personal and business profiles. Mishandling this data could have detrimental consequences. Furthermore, compassion and kindness are values she applies daily when interacting with clients at all stages of their lives.

What’s something about you that few people might know?

Few people might know that Michelle attended Cosmetology School but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right path for her.

If you were to look back from the age of 80 and give yourself advice for right now, what would it be?

Michelle would tell herself that time spent with friends and family is always well spent. In addition, she would suggest to always take the trip, go to the event, make the phone call, and write the letter because you will never regret investing time in your relationships.

What are the values that drive you?

The values that drive Michelle are integrity, respect, and compassion. She firmly believes in doing what is right, even when it’s not easy. She treats others with respect and kindness, and she strives to treat everyone with consideration, and patience, no matter what their background or beliefs. She is also a compassionate person, and she believes in helping those who are less fortunate. Being honest and having a strong work ethic is very important to her. With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
